New Mothers Support Group

Our groups offer a variety of support to new mothers. If one on one support is needed, scheduling can work in office, as well as out of office. Support groups are also an option we support in office and a great way to connect .

El Dorado County Birth Circle emcomapsses the strength and belief that we are better together and firmly believe motherhood is never meant to be a part of life taken alone. Being together can bring relative support, new found hope, and friendship to your world by gathering and talking about the common ground that new motherhood brings.

Topics Covered

  • A time where you may be needing to decompress your birth story, or gather with those that have also gone through and understand the birth you experienced, this topic is vast and may take you to a new place of solidarity in motherhood.

  • Focused as more of a talking group, this can help you facilitate what other new moms are doing to get their newborn the nutrition they need.

  • A new family dynamic, and gathering resources on what works best for your lifestyle or season. Discussing wins and challenges, group discussion can be helpful for those feeling alone in it all.

  • This building block can include a walk around El Dorado County or taking time to schedule process art. These will be tools you can take to the next chapters of your life.
